Packaged LED with CSP technology is used as the light source part. Since the CSP packaged dimension decreases greatly, the lamp design is more flexible and the structure is more compact and concise.As for the performance, the small luminous surface, high luminous efficiency makes it easy for the control of optical directivity. The electrode design with flip chip makes the electric current more uniform so it is suitable for larger electric current drive.
When the size of ceramic PCB is almost the same as the chip, it gradually loses the function of helping LED with heat dissipation(heat diffusion).On the contrary, if the ceramic PCB is removed, one layer of thermal interface will disappear, which will accelerate the heat transfer to the PCB.Meanwhile, with the maturity of flip chip technology, the ceramic PCB ,used as insulating material, is no longer necessary to participate in the re-distribution of PN electrode circuit. In addition to protect LED to some content in the matter of mechanical structure thermal expansion mismatch, the ceramic PCB almost loses the vital function of electrical isolation and heat conduction of chips.
The reflector of this product uses the technology of multiple piece reflector plate, MIRO4 series and MIRO series high reflective aluminum manufactured from ALANOD with the reflective rate of 94%~98% is used as the raw material. With the emission rate of 95%aluminum content 99.85%,0.4MM, it is specialized for UV light source use, which applies for the industries such as printing, plate making, printing ink solidification, furniture, etc.The surface is bright and clean and the reflective rate reaches as high as 98% and it applies for the industries such as label, nameplate, illumination lamps, light reflection, advertisement printing, decoration, optical instrument.It has the characteristics of stable price, cost saving, high reflective rate, energy conservation, light weight,easy molding, hard surface,scratch resistance, direct machining. The reflector plate is made up of many small arc-shaped reflector plate. The angle of reflection will be lager once the light emitting from LED is reflected from arc-shaped reflector plate. It is economical if the whole board is cut into smaller reflector plates rather than big ones. In a word, multiple piece reflector plate shares low cost and better optical effect than traditional reflector plate.
All LED is in series, which can ensure the even current of every LED. Constant current ensure the long life of LED. What's more, LED packaged with flip chip does not have gold thread, which means there is no open circuit even if the single LED damages,thus making the circuit design safer and more rational. The traditional one way power source must match LED electrical structure with series structure and parallel structure,which once exists, will lead to the uneven distribution of electrical current because of the different vf values,giving rise to series decay of some LED. If single LED damages, the current distribution of the whole series and parallel structure will be more uneven, which will rapidly increase the fault rate of other LED of the whole lamp, leading to the damage to the whole lamp.
